Monthly Meetings

Our meetings are very low-key.  We sometimes have a speaker or presenter but more often, we simply gather and provide a safe space for anyone to share their experiences or needs, or just to listen.  Although you may not need support yourself, you are welcome to attend to be a support to others.  It is through our listening and learning that we all benefit.
